Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is a Boston-based nonprofit developer, owner and operator of over 14,000 affordable homes in thirteen states and the District of Columbia. POAH’s mission is to preserve, create and sustain affordable, healthy homes that support economic security and access to opportunity for all. POAH Communities is our property management company, which manages 143 POAH properties.

Nauset Construction is a construction management and design-build firm serving clients in a wide range of industries. The firm has extensive experience with complex, technically challenging projects requiring creativity and flexibility to achieve the most aggressive financial and schedule project requirements. Nauset was established in 2004 by Anthony (Tony) Papantonis who, along with a core group of industry professionals, steadily grew the firm’s portfolio of projects and geographic reach.
